2021 Club Affiliation Update
February 18, 2021
It has been a difficult last 12 months for everyone at the British Judo Association, none more so than our valued clubs.
Our British Judo affiliated clubs are the beating heart of our Association and we are so grateful for their continued support throughout this pandemic.
We are always looking at ways in which we can support clubs including free online coaching courses and activity to keep volunteers validated and insured.
As previously communicated, clubs were granted a four-month extension up to 30th April 2021 and we are now pleased to inform you that we will be waiving club membership fees for 2021/22 up until 31st March 2022* to further support you.
When the sport is allowed to return, the relationship between Association and clubs will be critical to ensure a successful return to the sport and we hope by removing the membership fee, this will further assist clubs with their return to judo..
We will release further information about the club affiliation process for 2021/22 over the coming weeks, when club membership process is due to commence.
