2022 Club Affiliation Update
December 16, 2021
The past 18 months have been a difficult period for everyone at the British Judo Association, none more so than our valued clubs.
Our British Judo affiliated clubs are the beating heart of our Association, and we are grateful for your continued support as we returned to the sport we love.
As an Association we are always looking at ways in which we can support clubs, including free online activities to help keep coaches, technical officials and volunteers validated and insured.
To further help clubs return to judo, the British Judo Association waived club membership fees for 2021/22. This is something the British Judo Association will continue to do for 2022/23 for all current affiliated clubs.
As the sport of judo returned, the relationship between Association and clubs is critical to ensure the successful return of our sport, and by removing the membership fee, we hope this will further assist clubs with their continued return to judo.
We will release more information about the Club Affiliation process for 2022/23 in the new year when the club membership process is due to commence.
*Please note that this offer will only apply to British Judo clubs who are affiliated with the Association in 2021.
