Connah Anders withdrawn from IBSA Judo World Championships

Connah Anders has been withdrawn from the 2018 IBSA Judo World Championships in Odivelas, Portugal following medical advice.

The Wigan judoka was due to make his debut this weekend at -66kg but suffered a concussion in training at the start of the week.

He was assessed by the British Judo WCPP medical team and will now follow a return to play programme.
