Britain wakes up to Heart of Oak Judo Club

Youngsters from Heart of Oak Judo Club in Redbridge were part of an Olympics sports showcase which aired live on ITV Daybreak on Wednesday morning from Hackney Wick.

As the Olympic Stadium shone in the background, ITV Daybreak presenter Gethin Jones interviewed Team GB’s heroic silver medallist Gemma Gibbons before the youngsters joined budding boxers for an impressive display.

Clubmark bronze outfit Heart of Oak Judo Club, who celebrate their 10^th anniversary next year, were led by coaches Trevor and Marvin James
