JudoFit rolls into Yorkshire
January 31, 2013
British Judo’s highly-popular JudoFit course rolls into Hull next week as former Commonwealth medallist Claire McDonald and former British international Dermot Heslop link up at Woodford Leisure Centre on Saturday 9 and Sunday 10 February.
JudoFit is suited to both the beginner and advanced judo player as participants practice judo moves set to music.
British Judo Technical Officer Dermot Heslop said: “JudoFit is an extremely flexible product that can take place on a judo mat or in a gym hall and it’s a really enjoyable session.”
