London Youth Games are here again

The Balfour Beatty London Youth Games 2014 takes place on 21 June, 2014 at Crystal Palace National Sports Centre, SE19 2B.
Last year’s multi-sport event was a huge success with patron Gemma Gibbons in attendance. This year, Olympic and World cycling champion Joanna Rowsell is to be patron of the games.
Commenting on the London Youth Games, Joanna said: “The Balfour Beatty London Youth Games is playing such an important role in delivering a legacy of increased participation in sport and volunteering among young Londoners.”
The event will see more than 550 judoka from around the capital and its boroughs in action. Former competitors at the London Youth Games include Gemma Gibbons, Ashley McKenzie, Karina Bryant and Winston Gordon.
Please note: The London Youth Games is a Closed event for Young people living or going to school in a London Borough only.
