Yasmin Javadian set to compete at 2015 Cadet World Championships

Coventry Judo Club’s Yasmin Javadian will be GB’s sole competitor at the 2015 Cadet World Championships in Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina which kicks off tomorrow.
This will be Yasmin’s third event of the year having previously medalled at the Cadet European Cups in Fuengirola (bronze) and Coimbra (silver). Yasmin qualified for the World Championships after finishing fifth at the Cadet European Championships in Sofia, Bulgaria last month.
The Cadet World Championships will take place at the Juan Antonio Samaranch Olympic Hall, Sarajevo and will run from Wednesday 5th August to Sunday 9th August. They will be the first IJF World Championships event of the year and are an opportunity to see the judo stars of the future.
Yasmin will be in action in the girls -48kg competition on Thursday 6th August.
