World Silver Medallist, Barbara Timo, trains at British Judo Centre of Excellence

This week Portugal’s current World Championship silver medallist, Barbara Timo, switched her Lisbon training base for the British Judo Centre of Excellence.

We caught up with Barbara at the end of her week at the National Centre to ask how she found training with our players and how training in the UK differs from her home in Portugal.
