This application form must be used by any National or International referee who wishes to attend any event in an official capacity outside of Great Britain and have not been selected and funded to do so by the BJA / NRC.
Referees must not be registered for events outside of Great Britain until they have received approval by email. Note: this is not the same as confirmation that this form has been submitted.
