Times: 10:00 – 12:45 (Referee Assistant) & 13:15 – 16:00 (Technical Official Assistant)

Course Description Kanji Referee Assistant Training:
This module is designed to help coaches teach club members the basics of refereeing to a level where the candidate will be able to referee pre licenced events within the club environment, i.e. those activities below competition level 1. The candidates will be taught in a club environment where the coaches are running activities to introduce new players, referees, officials and coaches to the principles of conducting a small event. Those referees who wish to take the refereeing licenced pathway later in their career will be at a significant advantage in referee education which will enable them to progress through the licenced event pathway for refereeing more swiftly than they may of done without the Kanji training.
This module is a coach revalidation credit for those coaches trained to tutor.

This module is designed to help coaches teach members the basics of officiating to a level where the candidate will be able to officiate pre licenced events within the club environment, i.e. those activities below competition level 1. The candidates will be taught in a club environment where the coaches are running activities to introduce new players, referees, officials, and coaches to the principles of conducting a small event. Those officials who wish to take the officiating licenced pathway later in their career will be at a significant advantage in technical officials education which will enable them to progress through the licenced event pathway for officiating quicker than they may of done without the Kanji training.
