British Judo welcome applications from organisations whose aim it is to foster and develop the practice and spirit of Judo across England, Northern Ireland, Scotland and Wales. Whether you are a self-employed coach delivering in schools or a group of judo enthusiasts looking to open a new club we want to hear from you!

The British Judo Association Club Membership package provides clubs with the following benefits:

  • Eligibility to nominate your club members and volunteers for the British Judo Association National Awards
  • Your club listed on the British Judo Association website (club finder tool) increasing visibility of your club
  • Eligibility to vote at BJA, Areas and Home Country General Meetings and Extra-Ordinary Meetings
  • Granted use of British Judo Association branding on all club correspondence
  • National Governing Body recognition which will provide additional credibility to any funding applications that you make

Discount: Pay only £65.00 when you sign up to pay via Direct Debit. Applications to set up new Direct Debit payment must be received before the 1st November each year.

To register a club with the British Judo Association you will need to ensure that you meet the requirements below:

Applicant to specify name, address, email and telephone number in club application. The chair, secretary and treasurer should be three different people and all Committee members should have a valid BJA licence (please ensure that this is checked prior to applying).
