British Judo response to IJF rule testing

This memo is in response to the publication of new competition and refereeing rules published by the IJF for testing from the 2013 Paris Grand Slam up to and including the 2013 World Championships, in August & September 2013.
As the IJF plan to experiment the application of these rules, the BJA are NOT going to implement any changes, other than those already made to the Age Band Criteria (Change to 1993-1998 (U21) for Juniors and 1996-1998 (U18) for Cadets and the inclusion of armlocks and strangles for Cadets).
