England Judo Announces 2021 Coaching Seminar

The England Judo programme have today announced their 2021 Coaching Seminar will be held both in-person and virtually this Summer.
Taking place on 24th July, 10:00am-4:00pm at the British Judo Centre of Excellence, the morning session (available both in-person and virtually) will cover an update on the programme, structure, aims and objectives whilst also tackling common and critical challenges: supporting fighters along the pathway. The afternoon session. which will only be accessible to coaches attending at the Centre of Excellence, will involve practical technical development (pre-cadets to juniors) and building a system, with elements of Strength and Conditioning and supporting physical development. The afternoon session will be recorded and the video sent to all coaches.
England Judo provides a pathway of opportunity for young judo fighters to progress their skills to achieve Commonwealth, Olympic and Paralympic Medals. This is achieved through regional & national training camps, national competition, international competition and international training camps.
The seminar will be free of charge for coaches to attend and attendance will guarantee a coach revalidation.
There are thirty spaces to attend the day in-person at the Centre.
