England Talent Contacts & Staff Structure

With effect from the 1st January, the England Talent Programme sits within British Judo’s Performance directorate led by the England Leadership Team, Nigel Donohue (Performance Director), Karen Roberts (Performance Operations Manager) and Tim Ellis (Performance Pathway Manager) to enhance the alignment of an athlete’s development.

Below is an introduction to the England Talent Team. Every member works across the entirety of the programme however there are some specific roles and responsibilities that are outlined below, in order for you direct any enquires:

The integration of the GB Pathway means that athletes will be able to take advantage of the opportunities provided by England Talent and GB Judo.
Athletes on multiple squads/programmes are expected to adhere to the minimum attendance requirements.
