Club Accelerator Day – Durham – 14th July 2024

Discussions are structured around financial sustainability, people management, marketing and communication functions and club programs. The workshop will also include insight speakers with applied examples of good practice, innovation and proven development processes.

The Club Accelerator Day is open to all staff and volunteers from judo clubs and businesses but also counts as a coach revalidation event for licensed coaches. The aim of the event is to provide a platform for individuals to come together in a focused and energetic environment to propel their club’s growth and potential collectively. The workshop is packed full of positive discussions about improving all aspects of club management and is delivered as part of a conference with opportunities to network and share ideas.
