Finalists announced for the 2023 Annual British Judo Awards Evening
October 10, 2023
The finalists for the 16th annual British Judo Awards Evening have been selected and the British Judo Association invites the judo community to celebrate the finalists’ success at the Association’s Annual Awards Dinner on Saturday 11th November 2023 at the Holiday Inn Birmingham M6, Jct.7.
An amazing evening, celebrating all that is great in British Judo
The annual British Judo Awards are an important event in the British Judo calendar. The Awards honour and celebrate the excellence and dedication within the British Judo community. These awards not only recognise exceptional athletes but also coaches, volunteers and clubs that have contributed significantly to the development, growth and success of judo in the country over the past 12 months.
Following consultation with the Nominations Panel, we are excited to announce this year’s finalists for the 2023 British Judo Awards.
Performance squad-related awards will also be presented on the evening including Cadet, Junior, Senior, Veteran and Kata Male/Female Athletes of the Year. There will also be awards for Male and Female Para and Adaptive Athletes of the Year, as well as an Inclusion Award.
It is fantastic to receive all the nominations from worthy recipients for the evening, demonstrating the outstanding dedication and commitment of the volunteers involved in the sport of judo across Great Britain. The awards recognise a select few who have made exceptional achievements this year, but our volunteers across the country contribute to making the sport a success in the UK, and to every one of them we are thankful!
