The spread of coronavirus is having an enormous impact on the coaching sector, grounding sporting activity across the country, from grass-roots to professional level.

This isolating period is likely to have an adverse effect on people physically, psychologically, emotionally, socially and, of course, economically.

We know, there is nothing more frustrating than not being able to do what you love. But while the spread of the virus may be preventing you from opening your dojo and greeting your members, it cannot stop you gathering knowledge and growing your coaching skills during this exasperating but unavoidable pause in play.
