Judo Membership should be taken out in the Home Nation within which you reside. In the case of residency in England membership is direct with the British Judo Association (BJA). As a member of your Home Nation you are by affiliation, a member of the BJA. Once a membership is in place with a governing body and you move to another Home Nation, you have the choice to continue with your existing membership or request a transfer to the new Home Nation in which you reside.
