Statement: European Championships

Unfortunately, British Judo are unable to send a delegation to the European Championships in Lisbon, Portugal from 16^th-18^th April.

The British Judo Performance Advisory Group made the decision to withdraw the team, on the recommendation of the British Judo Performance Leadership Team, following positive Covid-19 cases, within the team, following their return from the Antalya Grand Slam.

Those affected are currently following the contingency plan, in line with NHS and Government guidelines, in self-isolating for 14 days before returning to the Elite Training Centre and during this time are being supported by the British Judo medical team.
